Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Occupational Therapist in Nebraska.
• Ability to assess and treat residents using OT techniques.
• Experience documenting care plans and progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Assure quality of patient care and supervise treatment programs.
• Evaluate patients using appropriate Occupational Therapy techniques.
• Develop and implement patient plans of care and goals.
• Educate and motivate patients and families to improve functions.
• Document progress, discharge summaries, and home programs timely.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to modify treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with CNRS policies.
