• Delivers treatment to achieve objectives per the treatment plan.
• Documents progress toward objectives and communicates patient status to patients and families.
• Expands clinical expertise through interaction with managers and staff.
• Pursues ongoing education and maintains OT license/registration.
• Maintains administrative tasks including billing and documentation; supports rehab goals.
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols; supports interdisciplinary care.
