Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Irwin) is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our rehab team in Irwin, PA. You will evaluate residents, create targeted treatment plans, and deliver therapy to help regain function and independence, enabling safer daily activities.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans
• Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence
• Deliver hands‑on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input
• Educate residents and families on techniques that support long‑term success
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment
