Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Irwin) is actively seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Irwin, PA. The OT will assess residents, design targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy to restore function and independence, enabling safe daily activities.

The successful candidate will hold an OT license in good standing (PA license preferred) and may have SNF or rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Irwin) is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to play a key role on our rehab team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps individuals regain function, increase independence, and safely return to daily activities.
