Kadima Healthcare Group is seeking an energetic and passionate PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pennsylvania. New grads are welcome to apply as you provide high-quality care, support residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, delivering personalized treatment plans, and documenting progress for ongoing care. Candidates must hold a PA OT license and a ACOTE‑accredited degree.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania state license in OT.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from ACOTE‑accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Optimizes physical abilities and skills of patients.
• Implements evaluations of patients.
• Delivers treatment to achieve identified objectives.
• Documents progress toward objectives and communicates status to patient and family.
• Expands clinical expertise through interaction with managers and staff.
• Maintains license/registration/certification as required.
• Handles billing, payroll and expense documentation and contributes to rehab records.
