People Powered is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN to join our rehab team at Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services in Logansport, IN. You will evaluate residents, create personalized treatment plans, and help them regain independence.

Qualifications

• OTR/L license in PA.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services that promote independence, safety, and daily function
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality rehabilitation
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques to support ongoing progress
