Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program with a valid OT license in Florida.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in home healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury
• Collaborate with a home health team including RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT, and SLP
• Assess patients, observe deficits, set therapy goals, and document progress
• Assist with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety strategies
• Educate patients and families on care plans and exercises

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and active OT license in Florida
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience, preferably in home healthcare
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of home health regulations
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, compassion
