We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist who shares our vision to improve living and care for seniors!

Qualifications:

• Education: Master or Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience: Two to four years preferred
• Licensure: Current license for occupational therapy in the practicing state. Eligibility for or completion of the OT certification exam administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
