National Church Residences Home Health division located in Southern Ohio is a Home Health & Hospice agency with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

We are owned and operated by National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and healthcare services.

We are seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist who shares our vision to improve living and care for seniors!

Qualified candidates for this position should have:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience: Two to four years preferred
• Licensure: Current license for occupational therapy in the practicing state. Eligibility for or possession of the OT certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
