Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school or equivalent.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) within 90 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and evaluates the patient's functional abilities and ADLs.
• Plans and implements individual treatment and may fabricate assistive devices.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts treatment plans; communicates with physicians and teammates.
