The position emphasizes collaboration with family and care teams, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely. Minimum education is a Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy with Texas licensure and BLS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Texas State license required for all hires; BLS on hire.

Responsibilities

• Administers and interprets tests and measurements of patients.
• Plans and modifies treatment programs for NICU patients as applicable.
• Develops functional goals with patient and family expectations.
• Coordinates with care team and discharge planner.
• Ensures timely and legible documentation.
