Job summary

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team in Lebanon, Ohio. You will evaluate, plan, and administer comprehensive occupational therapy services in patients' homes under physician orders, focusing on restoring and maintaining daily living activities.

You will collaborate with the therapy manager, coordinate DME and safety devices, supervise COTAs, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate OT curriculum accredited by the AMA/AAOTA or eligible for the National Registration Examination.
• Eligible to sit NBCOT exam.
• Minimum two years of OT experience; proficiency exam if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial evaluation and ongoing patient assessments per physician orders.
• Initiates and updates the plan of care.
• Provides skilled occupational therapy modalities within scope of practice.
• Supervises COTAs and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Discharges planning and community resource referrals.
