Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation in Everett, WA is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community program. You will perform evaluations, develop plans, and deliver one-on-one therapy in clients' homes and communities.

This role offers W2 employment, flexible scheduling, hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team of PTs, SLPs, and other specialists.

Formación

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT work experience.
• Knowledge of rehab techniques for neurological conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
