Colonial Manor in Randolph, NE is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program and make a difference in geriatric care. Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Nebraska is required.
• Open to therapists of all experience levels.
• PRN hours on-site with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive/ADL disorders and plan care.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments.
• Administer procedures per the rehab plan and record progress.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisor and care team.
• Provide discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
• Counsel patients and families about therapy goals and outcomes.
