Job summary

Oasis Nursing in El Paso, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehab team on a PRN basis. You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and support independence in ADLs and IADLs.

The ideal candidate holds a Texas OT license, SNF or long-term care experience is preferred, and you are comfortable using Net Health EHR. Flexible schedules and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Texas OT license in good standing and active.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices.
• Experience with Net Health EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients to evaluate their condition and impact on daily activities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for ADLs/IADLs.
• Modify interventions based on patient response in collaboration with the rehab team.
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Complete documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Attend meetings as designated by Rehab Director.
