Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength and mobility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and patient education.
• Document evaluations, progress and treatment plans with accuracy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
