Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist based in Pomona, California. The position offers a flexible schedule to ensure a healthy work-life balance, along with a competitive pay rate of $53 to $57 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate will be involved in evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and administering rehabilitation procedures as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical disorders.
• Develop appropriate plan of care based on regulatory and clinical standards.
• Utilize standardized assessments to support interventions.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures as per regulatory requirements.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and their families.
