CommuniCare Rehab in Sellersburg, IN, is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN, part-time role at our Sellersburg Healthcare Center. You will work as an in-house team member delivering therapy to residents under physician orders and collaborating with the rehab team.

You'll perform patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise COTAs, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings to support resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing residents and developing OT treatment plans.
• Ability to coordinate with therapy staff and physicians.
• Strong communication with families and care teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient’s occupational needs evaluation under physician order and develop a treatment plan.
• Implement treatment plan through direct therapy and education of staff involved in treatment plan.
• Provide supervision for COTAs.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings to relay findings and recommendations.
