Job summary

Flagship Therapy is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join Palomar Vista Healthcare Center in Escondido, CA. This in-house rehab program offers a flexible schedule with work-life balance and responsibilities including patient evaluation, plan of care development, and delivery of rehabilitative treatments.

Licensed OT with any experience level is welcome. Compensation ranges from $50 to $55 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing.
• PRN position with flexible scheduling.
• Experience not required; open to all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive or ADL impairments and develop a plan of care.
• Administer rehabilitative treatments per regulatory standards.
• Document progress and adjust care plans in clinical records.
• Provide discharge summaries and caregiver communication.
