Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in an assisted living community in North Miami, FL. This PRN role offers flexible assignments and the ability to treat residents in a single location to minimize driving and maximize continuity of care.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with the care team, and document in the EMR while delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to help older adults maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida.
• Degree from accredited OT program (Bachelor/Master/Doctorate).
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
