Sobe Innovative Rehab in Heathrow, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy in an assisted living community. The role focuses on helping older adults maintain independence through compassionate, evidence-based care.

As a PRN OT, you will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians and care teams. Flexible assignments and control of your schedule are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents in an assisted living community
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
