Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Hudson, Ohio is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN daytime hours at Heritage of Hudson. You will provide care with the same standards as our full-time team and join supportive leadership.

Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, current state license, NBCOT certification, and about 1 year of experience. You will evaluate, document progress, and educate patients and families on home safety and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
