Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis in Gastonia, NC. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work within a collaborative clinical team to ensure high-quality care.

Applicants must hold a Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, a current state OT license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of OT experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
