Responsibilities

• Take the lead: prioritizing, coordinating, and delegating all occupational therapy for patients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and physicians to ensure outcomes.
• Maintain and advocate a safe environment for everyone.
• Monitor patient status and communicate with families and care team regarding changes.
• Ensure continuity of care, efficient throughput, and an exceptional patient experience.
• Document treatment plans with measurable goals and progress.
