Synergy Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a PRN basis at Bethesda Gardens, an outpatient clinic serving an Independent/Assisted Living community in Fort Worth, TX. The OT will provide compassionate, personalized patient care and collaborate with patients, families, and a supportive therapy team.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited OT program with NBCOT certification and Texas OT licensure (or eligibility).
