Job summary

Manatawny Manor is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care for residents with impaired activities of daily living due to disease processes. You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and help develop ADL decline prevention policies with the Director of Nursing.

The role requires strong communication skills and an active OT license, with the flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Current Occupational Therapist license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care for residents with impaired activities of daily living.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required.
• Assist the Director of Nursing Service to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.
