Job summary

Manatawny Manor seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, and document care for residents with impaired activities of daily living.

You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and assist the Director of Nursing Services to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures for the unit.

This role requires clear communication with residents and families and a current OT license to ensure compliant, compassionate care.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Current Occupational Therapist license.

The purpose of this position is to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document, and/or facilitate care for residents with impaired activities of daily living due to disease process; participate in the interdisciplinary team meetings as required; assist the Director of Nursing Service to develop ADL decline prevention policies and procedures.
