Job summary

Liberty Center is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services, evaluate, treat, document, and facilitate care for residents with ADL decline due to disease. Join the interdisciplinary team and support ADL decline prevention policies with the Director of Nursing.

The OT must communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals, and have at least two years of related experience with a current OT license.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families and other healthcare professionals. Ability to present information to supervisor.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Must have at least two years of related expereince
