Responsibilities

• Evaluates clients after impairment, injury, or disease.
• Creates an individualized treatment plan based on evaluation.
• Re-evaluates and updates discharge planning as needed.
• Supervises students and OTC assistants.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary health care team.
• Delegates and instructs supportive personnel.
• Provides timely documentation per policy and insurance requirements.
• Maintains safety and professional judgment at all times.
• Completes department-level projects and participates in quality initiatives.
