Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team. The OT evaluates and regularly assesses the effects of therapy for clients across the lifespan, addressing physical, emotional, and environmental needs to restore independence.

Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, updating progress, and contributing to discharge planning. MO licensure and a Bachelor’s degree are required; acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MO OT license required.
• 1 year experience in occupational therapy preferred in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates clients after impairment, injury, or disease.
• Creates and revises individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Provides ongoing reassessment and discharge planning.
• Supervises students and OT assistants as needed.
• Completes timely documentation per policy and insurance requirements.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care planning.
