Saint Luke's South Hospital is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. The OT evaluates and plans interventions for clients across the lifespan, addressing physical, emotional, and environmental needs to improve daily living skills.

The role floats between acute care and inpatient rehab, with 9-5 hours on Wed/Thu/Fri, and requires collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and supervising students and assistants.

Qualifications

• 1 year of applicable experience in occupational therapy or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates clients after impairment, injury, or disease.
• Creates an individualized treatment plan and selects appropriate interventions.
• Re-evaluates and provides periodic reassessment of client progress and discharge planning.
• Supervises students and occupational therapy assistants.
• Participates in the interdisciplinary health care team and documents per policy.
• Delivers timely documentation to meet licensing and insurer requirements.
