Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville in East Louisville is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our integrated rehab team. You will evaluate patients, develop and revise care plans, provide patient and family education, and coordinate discharge planning across acute and outpatient settings.

Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Kentucky Occupational Therapy License, with NBCOT and DPAM certifications strongly preferred. BLS certification is required or must be obtained.

Qualifications

• Current active Kentucky Occupational Therapy License.
• BCLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• NBCOT Certification strongly preferred.
• DPAM Certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and revise care plans.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Coordinate discharge planning across care settings.
• Document care in compliance with regulatory and insurance guidelines.
• Support student supervision as needed.
