Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our East Louisville therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop and revise care plans, educate patients and families, and support discharge planning in acute and outpatient settings.

Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Kentucky OT License; NBCOT and DPAM certifications are strongly preferred. BLS is required within 90 days of hire. Baptist Health is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.

• Current active or temporary Kentucky Occupational Therapy License.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• NBCOT Certification (Strongly preferred).
• DPAM Certification (Strongly preferred).
