Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our East Louisville therapy team, providing как therapy services in acute and outpatient settings. The OT will evaluate patients, develop care plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate discharge planning to support whole-patient wellness.

Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Kentucky OT license; NBCOT and DPAM certifications are strongly preferred, and BLS is required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license.
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• DPAM certification preferred.

Join our compassionate team at Baptist Health Louisville, located in East Louisville, providing exceptional physical, occupational, and speech therapy services in both acute care and outpatient settings. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop and revise care plans, provide patient and family education, and coordinate discharge planning. You'll document care in compliance with regulatory and insurance guidelines and support student supervision as needed. We value one‑on‑one, evidence‑based care and a team‑focused approach to whole‑patient wellness. Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Kentucky Occupational Therapy License, with NBCOT and DPAM certifications strongly preferred. BLS certification is required or must be obtained.
