Job summary

Manpower Group in Sandy, Utah is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for Occupational Health & Wellness. This role offers flexible, as-needed scheduling while keeping you connected to direct patient care in a corporate health setting.

The RN will perform assessments, screenings, health coaching, and coordinate care with physicians and HR. Typical shifts are weekdays 8am–5pm on an as-needed basis, with hourly pay of $45–$50, and a benefits support package upon eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Utah.
• 0-
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in occupational health, employee health, wellness, or corporate health settings preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and workplace health programs.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments and treatment for workplace illnesses and injuries.
• Manage occupational health cases, including return-to-work and workplace accommodations.
• Conduct health screenings, biometric testing, and vaccination clinics.
• Deliver health education and wellness coaching focused on prevention.
• Coordinate care and referrals with physicians, HR, and employee resources.
• Maintain confidential employee health records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assist with emergency response planning and workplace medical incidents.
• Track health trends and wellness program outcomes for organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Benefits, Safety and leadership on employee health programs.
