Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for Occupational Health at our Georgetown, KY Health Center. You will care for client employees with varied shifts (8s, 10s, 12s) and may include Saturdays; night shifts are strongly preferred.

You will perform PPE, screenings, and health services per contract, while ensuring safety and compliance. The role requires an RN license in the state, with COHN/COHN-S or other certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required in state of practice
• Certification in Occupational Health (COHN/COHN-S) preferred
• BLS/ACLS hands-on training required
• 3+ years in occupational health or acute care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for clinical operations
• Evaluate and prioritize patient care within scope of practice
• Deliver evidence-based care to injured workers and coordinate return-to-work
• Implement and monitor transitional duty programs
• Perform and document medical tests and treatments per site contract
• Administer medications and emergency care within scope
• Maintain equipment and infection control procedures
• Maintain accurate patient health records
• Educate patients on health promotion and follow-up care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams on health programs and injury prevention
• Support accident investigations and workplace safety initiatives
