Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year or less of Customer Service experience required.
• Ability to understand and support patient meal preferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Support patient satisfaction and participate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve quality of care.
• Offer menu alternatives considering allergies, cultural, religious, or personal preferences.
• Manage tray tickets and assemble meals according to patient menus; deliver and retrieve trays on time.
• Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate staff promptly.
