Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh are seeking a PRN House Supervisor to lead nursing operations and support patient care across two Memorial campuses. You will collaborate with leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient care and address operational needs on shifts.

The role emphasizes staffing coordination, throughput, and patient safety initiatives, with immediate eligibility for benefits and recognition programs as part of BJC Total

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license.
• 2+ years of leadership as Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, or nursing leader.
• Strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff: hires, trains, assigns work, evaluates performance, and develops plans.
• Supervises safe patient care and acts as on-site leader during shifts.
• Assists with patient care operations and cross-department collaboration.
• Supports nursing staff development, coaching, and regulatory compliance.
• Serves as liaison between Administration and departments/customers.
• Ensures productivity aligns with departmental goals and leadership direction.
• Participates in staffing, budget, and expense discussions as needed.
