Job summary

Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh seek a nurse leader to manage designated patient care units around the clock. You will oversee staffing, budget adherence, and ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in alignment with department goals.

Responsibilities include developing staffing plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving quality improvement, and supporting program growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• RN credential required with Nursing Diploma or Associate degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred for advanced leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and clinical management of a designated patient care unit on a 24-hour basis.
• Controls staffing, revenue and expenses to meet department budgets.
• Directs delivery of safe, evidence-based patient care and ensures compliance with policies and standards.
• Promotes customer satisfaction and quality improvement within the unit.
• Evaluates and implements systems to improve efficiency and support growth of programs.
