Medi-Weightloss is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a PRN role across Alexandria and surrounding locations (Woodbridge, Stafford, Fredericksburg, Manassas). You will perform exams, review histories, order tests (ECGs), provide preventive counseling, and work under a supervising physician within a collaborative agreement.

This position emphasizes clinical oversight, ongoing staff training, and program development across multiple sites.

Formación

• Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP).
• DEA Certification required.
• Collaborative agreement with supervising physician.
• PRN role with a minimum commitment of two days per month.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and review patient medical and psychosocial history.
• Conduct physical examinations as per guidelines.
• Order and review labs and diagnostics (ECGs).
• Provide preventive medicine counseling and product education.
• Maintain documentation in EMR per company standards.
• Review patient progress and manage care; refer to specialists as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress.
