Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with advanced practice knowledge and skills.
• Master's degree in nursing preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience preferred.
• Must be a Medicare provider or eligible to obtain a Medicare provider number.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and/or specialized health care including preventive care and ongoing health maintenance.
• Function in settings ranging from ambulatory to inpatient.
• Participate in the care of well, acutely ill and chronically ill patients.
