Job summary

Humana Inc., CenterWell Senior Primary Care, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (VSP) to provide high-quality care in outpatient settings. You will diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, and manage chronic conditions with autonomy.

The role requires at least 2 years of NP experience in outpatient primary care, a valid NP license, and availability for at least 3 days per week. Travel to Fort Worth clinics may be required; schedule aligns with M-F, 8-5.

The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provide treatment. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. Required Qualifications

a Bachelor's degree At least 2 years experience as an NP in an outpatient primary care or value-based care practice Outpatient clinic hours are M-F, 8-5. We ask that you are availability at least 3 days a week. 8 or more years of technical experience 2 or more years of project leadership experience Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state If selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening. Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences

Scheduled Weekly Hours 1 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $149,800 - $206,100 per year
