The position involves conducting comprehensive assessments and collaborating with healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans. Providers will manage hormone replacement therapies and guide patients on their health journeys. Flexible PRN availability is essential, including some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Experience in hormone replacement therapy in both male and female patients preferred.
• Ability to work flexible PRN hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and consultations for hormone replacement therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Manage hormone replacement therapy and evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Educate patients about their therapies.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
