The Little Clinic is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our retail health team in Bartlett, TN. You will deliver high-quality medical care, collaborate with regional leadership, and support community outreach initiatives.

You will maintain clinical operations, ensure open hours, manage inventory, and stay current with ongoing education to provide excellent patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• MSN in Family Nurse Practice or PA degree required.
• 1 year of healthcare experience required.
• Active license and board certification (FNP-C or PA-C) required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while achieving productivity metrics.
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings.
• Maintain safety and quality healthcare environment.
• Ensure clinic hours are maintained and open as scheduled.
• Collaborate with regional management on community outreach to promote TLC.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies for cost-effective operations.
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA-waived testing.
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies in all duties.
• Mentor and support staff, and pursue ongoing education.
