Urgent Team is seeking caring Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality patient care in Bartlett, TN. You will diagnose, treat, and educate patients across ages in a collaborative setting with a team of healthcare professionals.

The role involves managing acute and chronic conditions, performing procedures, and leading during emergencies while maintaining compassionate patient interactions. Full-time positions with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active state license as APRN or PA required.
• Board certification as FNP or PA-C required.
• DEA license or eligibility upon hire.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive patient care for all ages in urgent and primary care contexts.
• Lead during emergencies with calm, comforting demeanor.
• Perform medical assessments, treatments, and follow-ups for clinic patients.
• Conduct procedures such as laceration care, minor surgeries, injections, and pap tests.
• Oversee on-site labs, x-rays, and specimen collection as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with medical policies and quality standards.
• Support staff education and participate in policy development and training.
