Job summary

Franklin Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Franklin, TN is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our care team on a PRN basis. You will help manage resident care under supervision and support daily operations.

Responsibilities include directing CNAs, participating in admissions and discharges, administering medications per physician orders, and keeping care plans up to date. A Tennessee license and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
• Participate in admissions, discharges and transfers of residents as required.
• Assess resident’s conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
• Initiate, review, and update care plans.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
