Qualifications

• Active CNA certification for the state of Tennessee is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report changes in a resident's condition to the nurse supervisor and inform about factors affecting performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information in all communications.
