Act as resource and role model in evidence-based nursing practice.
Lead unit/service-based clinical practice groups.
Assist in orientation and placement of nursing students; mentor graduate students.
Design and implement clinical nursing research or performance improvement projects.
Coordinate orientation, staff development and continuing education for nursing staff.
Develop evidence-based standards of care and clinical pathways.
