Job summary

Clarendale in Tennessee is seeking PRN LPN/RN nurses to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. Enjoy flexible PRN scheduling while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care and upholding high clinical standards.

As a PRN nurse, you’ll administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with physicians and families, mentor caregivers, and help maintain dignity and quality of life for seniors in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical oversight for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and team members.
• Maintain documentation and medication records; assist with assessments and care planning.
• Provide leadership and support to caregivers and care staff.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Do

As a PRN Nurse, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care while supporting the overall health and wellness of our community.

• Provide nursing care and clinical oversight for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication recordsAssist with assessments, care planning, and resident wellness initiatives
• Provide leadership and support to caregivers and care staff
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life

What We’re Looking For

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Senior Living preferred
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
