Job summary

HeartCare Imaging, Inc. seeks a self-reliant PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Gainesville, FL.

The ideal candidate will independently perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine, from acquiring and processing patient studies to preparing readings for physicians, while keeping accurate daily records and maintaining close communication with the home office. Requirements include ARRT and/or NMTCB certification, professional liability insurance, and BLS/ACLS current.

Qualifications

• Must be certified by the ARRT and/or NMTCB.
• Carry Professional Liability Insurance.
• Preferred: at least two years of experience as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support or Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine.

In need of a self-reliant, experienced PRN NUCLEAR MEDICINE TECHNOLOGIST in Gainesville, FL. Independently performs all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine using technical knowledge and good judgment to provide safe and effective examinations. Duties include the acquiring and processing of patient studies, setting up reading for physicians, maintaining accurate and complete daily records, as well as close correspondence with the home office.

• Must be certified by the ARRT and/or NMTCB

• Prefer at least two years of experience as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
